JIA LU LIMITED(以下簡稱「我們」、「Sentry」)製作並營運「Sentry Shield」iOS 應用程式(以下簡稱「本 App」)。本政策說明我們在你使用本 App 時會收集、使用、保存哪些資料,以及你的權利。

1. 我們收集的資料

本 App 為配合企業裝置管理(UEM)服務運作,僅收集以下類型資料:

• 裝置識別資料:iOS 系統提供的裝置 UUID、型號、作業系統版本。用於將你的裝置與你的帳號綁定。
• NFC 標籤 UID:當你使用實體 SENTRY 安全卡綁定裝置時,讀取卡片的唯一識別碼(UID)以驗證綁定。本 App 不讀取卡片上的個人資料。
• 帳號識別資料:你的代理商代碼、組織代碼、登入 token。用於與 Sentry 後端 API(api.sentry.red 及其租戶子域)通訊。
• 使用紀錄:綁定動作的時間戳、操作結果(成功/失敗)。用於除錯與安全稽核。

本 App 不收集下列資料:位置、聯絡人、相簿、行銷分析資料、第三方廣告 ID(IDFA)。

2. 資料用途

• 提供裝置與帳號綁定、解除綁定功能。
• 提供裝置策略下發(透過 MDM 通道)。
• 排除技術問題與安全事件調查。
• 符合台灣個人資料保護法、GDPR 等法律法規之要求。

我們不會將你的資料用於行銷、廣告投放,或出售給任何第三方。

3. 資料儲存與傳輸

• 所有資料透過 HTTPS(TLS 1.2 以上)傳輸至 api.sentry.red 或對應租戶 API 子域。
• 資料儲存於 Linode(由 Akamai Technologies 營運)位於日本東京的資料中心,資料庫採加密儲存。對位於台灣的使用者,此構成跨境資料傳輸;Linode 之資料中心符合 ISO/IEC 27001 與 SOC 2 等資安標準。
• NFC 標籤識別碼採用單向雜湊存儲,不可逆向還原。

4. 第三方服務

本 App 透過下列第三方系統提供服務,該等服務有獨立隱私政策:

• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — 用於推播裝置策略指令。詳見 Apple Privacy。
• Cloudflare — 用於前端流量加速與 DDoS 保護。詳見 Cloudflare Privacy。

本 App 不嵌入廣告 SDK、不嵌入第三方分析 SDK(如 Google Analytics、Firebase Analytics 等)。

5. 資料保留期

• 裝置綁定資料:於你的帳號有效期間內保存,或直到你主動解除綁定。
• 使用紀錄(audit log):自記錄日起保存 180 天。
• 解除綁定後 30 天內完整刪除上述資料。

6. 你的權利

你有權:

• 查詢、閱覽、複製我們持有與你相關的資料。
• 請求更正錯誤資料。
• 請求刪除你的資料(可能影響本 App 功能)。
• 停止使用本 App,並要求我們刪除相關資料。

7. 兒童隱私

本 App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計或行銷。我們不蓄意收集兒童資料。

Privacy Policy

JIA LU LIMITED ("we", "us", "Sentry") produces and operates the "Sentry Shield" iOS application (the "App"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and retain it, and the rights you have.

1. Data We Collect

The App collects only the following data necessary to support the Sentry Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) service:

• Device identifiers: device UUID, model, OS version (provided by iOS). Used to associate your device with your account.
• NFC tag UID: when you use a physical SENTRY security card to bind the device, the App reads the card's unique identifier (UID) to verify the binding. The App does not read any personal data stored on the card.
• Account identifiers: your agent code, organization code, and authentication token. Used to communicate with the Sentry backend API (api.sentry.red and tenant subdomains).
• Usage logs: timestamps and results of binding/unbinding actions. Used for debugging and security audit.

The App does not collect: location, contacts, photos, marketing analytics data, or third-party advertising identifiers (IDFA).

2. How We Use Data

• To provide device-to-account binding and unbinding.
• To deliver device policies via the MDM channel.
• To investigate technical issues and security incidents.
• To comply with applicable laws including Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

We do not use your data for marketing or advertising, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

3. Storage and Transmission

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher) to api.sentry.red or the relevant tenant API subdomain.
• Data is stored at the Linode (operated by Akamai Technologies) data center in Tokyo, Japan, with encrypted databases. For users located in Taiwan this constitutes a cross-border data transfer; Linode's facilities comply with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 standards.
• NFC tag UIDs are stored as one-way hashes and cannot be reversed.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — used to deliver device policy commands. See Apple Privacy.
• Cloudflare — used for frontend acceleration and DDoS protection. See Cloudflare Privacy.

The App does not embed any advertising SDK or third-party analytics SDK (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics).

5. Data Retention

• Device binding data: retained for the lifetime of your account, or until you actively unbind.
• Usage logs (audit log): retained for 180 days from creation.
• After unbinding, all such data is fully deleted within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to, or a copy of, data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data (this may affect App functionality).
• Stop using the App and request deletion of associated data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for or marketed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we materially change this policy, we will announce it on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Please revisit periodically.
